The property
Built low.
Open wide.
Solara Cove is imagined as a village of pale stone, shaded courtyards and salt-tolerant gardens descending toward a protected inlet.

“Every threshold should bring the coast a little closer.”
— The fictional design brief
Architecture & philosophy
Nothing between
you and the weather.
Deep overhangs cool each room while sliding glass walls invite the sea air in. Local-feeling stone, oak and hand-finished plaster create a quiet material palette that will age gracefully.
Gardens are informal and aromatic—olive, rosemary, sage and flowering vines softening the paths between rooms, pool and cove.

Pool
A horizon made for floating.
A long, heated pool faces the open water, with shaded daybeds and a quiet adults-only shelf at its western edge.

Near enough.
